Iselin, NJ (May 30, 2006) – Jeff Molinari, 49, an experienced trading, underwriting and institutional sales executive, has joined investment bank Herbert J. Sims & Co. to lead its institutional sales efforts. His title is Executive Vice President and Institutional Sales Manager, and he will work from Sims’s Iselin, New Jersey office. Herbert J. Sims is the investment bank focused on providing financing for the senior living industry.

Mr. Molinari joins Sims from First Albany Capital, where he was Senior Vice President. Previously, he was a Partner at A.F. Best Securities, Inc., where he managed the institutional tax-exempt bond department and sales forces. Mr. Molinari has also been associated with Dean Witter and Oppenheimer & Co. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Manhattan College.
